✧ I BELIEVE ✧
We all have a unique story to share that will impact and inspire someone that will create a ripple effect in this world. By learning the lessons I have throughout my health and spiritual journey, and the passion I have for writing, wellness, and mindfulness, I believe it is my mission to help others on their journey.
I believe in a better world. I believe we can all do better, not only for ourselves but for our loved ones, for others, and for our planet. What are we all rushing for? Slow down. Enjoy the ride. Stop and really think for a second. What are you living for? You were given this gift of life. Life is for living so why are you just existing? Why aren’t you taking full advantage of all the amazing things that are within you right now that you just have to tap into? All it takes is some letting go of the ego and a little patience. We are in a critical place in time right now. Our relationships and health are significantly suffering. This needs to change and it begins with us. We need to stop searching for external answers. It’s time to start going inward. Do you hear that beating in your chest? That’s powerful, it keeps you alive. It’s time to open your heart.
I aspire to do more than just exist in this world. I wish to explore, experience, and pursue adventures. I hope to inspire change, not only within myself but within you to empower you to let go of fear and find freedom to live joyfully. We must ditch the fear that has held us captive for far too long. We have lost our childlike joy and freedom because of growing into fears that were never meant to serve us.
